MIDI Ch2 output missing. Very strange

I'm using 4.10.2b Windows version. If I configure the MIDI Plugin to output on Ch2 there is no output. Other channels work (I tried 1,3,4,5,6)
I checked the output by monitoring using MIDI-OX. It seems to be receiving something but it isn't valid MIDI data.

Can you post the MIDI dump from MIDI-OX?

I am sorry. I'm an idiot. Channel 2 was filtered by MIDI-OX. :oops:
