Problem starting qlc+ with -o parameter

Hi,

when i use the -o parameter to load the workspace then it doesn't load external files in the workspace.
So for example all my audio isn't working when i load the workspace with -o, and also the background image in the dmx monitor is missing.
I've tried to use absolute and relative path to the workspace.

I'm using 4.10.2b on Windows 10.

The same happens, when i open the workspace from the web interface.
