Hello,
I am using QLC+ to manage theater lightings and sounds using midi input and artnet to communicate between 2 qlc+ instance over network.
The problem is limited to artnet usage. The configuration is the following :
1 PC under WIn10 32bits with QLC+ 4.10.b2 (last one)
- output to Artnet to send messages
1 PC under WinXP 32bits with QLC+ 4.10.b2.
- input from Artnet to receive messages

The artnet nodes are available and can communicate via TCP (example a ping command) and are seen under QLC+ interfaces.
I have created 2 qxw files to illustate the behavior.
QLC+ Artnet sender
Test-ArtNet-VBox-XP.qxw
QLC+ Win10 ArtNet sender
(4.45 KiB) Downloaded 72 times
QLC+ ArtNet receiver
monQLC-ArtNet.qxw
QLC+ WinXP ArtNet receiver
(4.6 KiB) Downloaded 100 times
When receiving artnet command, the values are not corresponding : the activated scene should raise DMX values from 0 to 255 but the values are looping from 0 to a higher value and go back to 0.
The button in virtual console can learn the ArtNet input without problem.
It seems the values are not well propagated.

Alain

Hi,

I don't think I have ever encountered this issue.

- Do you know if this issue was already present in previous versions ?

- Changes have been made to the ArtNet plugin lately. Can you try with the latest windows TEST version ? ( http://qlcplus.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=3135 )

Thank you
