So I've noticed that in the Function editor, you are given the ability to modify the Fade In, Hold, Fade Out and Duration attributes either by entering it manually in the editor window, or by using the speed dial window.

However, when adding a speed dial widget to the VC, you are only able to modify the Hold attribute. I can see where you would not want this information to be superseded for certain chasers/animations, but when dealing with a batch of them that share a common theme, being able to change Fade In/Out on the fly would be monumentally cool. It would prevent the need to create a unique function for different combinations of of those attributes and their accompanying widgets on the VC.

I figured out the problem last night after much confusion. I had read through the documentation after making my post just to be sure I wasn't missing anything, I saw that the fields were supposed to be editable, but no dropdown or selection dialog appeared when I clicked on them. I thought I had a bad install or a corrupted workspace and I was about to give up when, by total accident, I *double clicked* on one of those fields and the dropdown appeared. Eureka!

The only time double clicking is mentioned in the documentation is for opening the properties window, so it might be worth updating it to mention that you need to double click those areas to have the dropdown appear and prevent others from suffering the same confusion I did!
