Hey there, hope I'm posting in the right location..couldn't find a general questions forum.
I'm trying to run a show with a few sound effects and some simple lighting.
I want to do this remotely and as I don't think there is an android interface I was thinking perhaps the web interface would work.
I see that it is still under dev though and just want to make sure that there's no way to do it.
Thanks for any help and sorry if this is a dumb question..

Your simple lighting it's possible, far as the show you can cue a show but you can't edit a show with the web interface. The web interface is only the virtual console so you must set that up first then your set in help tells you how to set up the web interface and virtual console with buttons sliders ect.

Not true. The web interface is only the virtual console ...
The web interface includes also the Simple Desk and the Input/Output configuration, together with custom fixtures loading.

Ok, super awesome! Thank you so much for the reply to a question I could have found the answer to by simply reading the documentation!
I'm going to look into this today.
Thanks again!

hi,
If you plan to control your show from android you may take a look at OSC. I use touchOSC with a interface easily designed with the osc editor. you just need the correct IP and Port of your qlc+ and autpdetect each input and you have a very simple and bullet proof Interface customized to your needs.
the web interface has the advantage to wor just out of the box without setting up additional software but it may not work as smooth on your mobile browser as it does on a desktop PC.
regards
