Here is the fixture definition for the Chauvet PAR 64 Tri-C.
It is similar to the Chauvet PAR 64 Tri-B (existing fixture for qlc+): it has the same DMX parameters. However, the physical characteristics are not the same (the original Tri-B was 60w and the Tri-C is 122w). This one is also larger in size.

I've stuck it on the ISS to Git Hub.
And made some small changes:
Power is 132W (I use worse case values).
Lumens is 497 (not Lux)
Lumens is:
r=TAN(Theta/2)*distance
Area=PI*r*r
Lumens=Lux*Area
Theta is the beam angle (22 degrees), distance is 1m and Lux is 4190 for this fixture.
And made some small changes:
