Zoom in and out with Ctrl+mousewheel

Hi there!

Just a little usability issue, that might be fixed easily:
In the show view you only have a fader in the left upper corner which gets out of view if you scroll your show (horizontally). I would exchange the fader with a plus and minus button in the tool bar and would allow zooming with the mousewheel while CTRL is pressed (which is the common procedure to zoom in other programs - at least under linux).
