Feed back to TouchOSC ?

Hello,

Is there a simple way to feed back to the TouchOSC on my Ipad ? Let's say like faders or others ?
Example : I would touch a fader or button on the Windows QLC...feed that change back to the TouchOSC interfarce ?

setup :
Windows 7 running QLC 4.10.2 + Enttec USB PRO MK2 + TouchOSC on Ipad2

Sorry if it has been covered already, then I didn't look to well again :oops:

Have you enabled the feedback line in the IO panel ?
Then you just need to set the proper output port and that's it.

Then I don't get it ... I use universe 1 : Enttec DMX output 1 = output & OSC for the input ...

Maybe I'm missing something but I can only choose one output ?

How to root the output to both the DMX & the OSC ?

Put the OSC input and feedback in universe 2.

Sorry for the idiot questions ... but how do you use 2 universes then ? Because in your fixture you need to define a universe, not ?

The input does not send data to the fixture directly.

The input sends data to the virtual console.
Then the virtual console activates functions or whatever.
Then QLC+ sends data to the fixture.

So the fixture and the input can be on different universes.

hmmm...OK I understand the workflow as you described, but how to put the use Universe 2 on the virtual console ?
Or does it goes automatically ?

Now I have Universe 1 - defined in my fixtures (universe 1 = output = DMX Enttec)

Suppose I set up Universe 2 - in & output to OSC ... where do I define to use Universe 2 for the console ?

Well I found how to put/use universe 2 in the universal console ...

however there's not feed back to the OSC ? Should be straightforward, define the IP of the OSC Ipad & port =9000, not ?

You activated the Output checkbox instead of the Feedback checkbox.

Also I don't know about the port, it may depend on your touchOSC configuration.
