Parameters and flickering

I am having some flickering issues and from what I read on the forum, I need to change some parameters. http://www.qlcplus.org/docs/parameterstuning.html
I can't seem to find the parameters in the windows registry. Everytime I search for enttecdmxuspopen, it doesnt find anything. Can someone share a screen shot of what they should look like? and where I should be adding it.
