I have just purchased an ADJ Starburst but am struggling a bit to build the fixture. I was just wondering if anyone is able to help by building it for me

Before making a fixture I Verifi if it does not exist elsewhere?

I meant submitted via github to be added to the standard Qlc+ installation! It saves Massimo having to do them all. You work was not wasted.

Yes. The new fixture appears under a pull request until it's accepted/checked.
