I seem to be having an issue with running MIDI on QLC+ on Windows with my Enttec DMX USB Pro MK2 Interface. I get the same error on Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 and have tested on 2 separate laptops. I have also tested this on MAC OSX and have been unable to recreate this so the issue seems to be Windows specific.

I am using an Enttec DMX USB Pro MK2 interface and have my Behringer FCB1010 footswitch plugged in through the Enttex MIDI IN port on the breakout cable.

The MIDI in is selected in the inputs/outputs screen and is reported to be working. I have setup one of the buttons on the FCB1010 to control flash button and one of the foot controllers controls the grand master dimmer. After pressing the flash button and moving the foot controller, usually only for a few minutes, QLC+ will crash.

I have uploaded attached a copy of the crash report below along with a copy of the basic single dimmer QLC+ project I used for testing. The error was happening in my main project so I created this basic project to make sure the issue wasn't with my main project. The same thing happens with this basic project as well. Seems to be the dmxusb.dll module that is causing the crash.

I've tried this with version 4.9.1 and the new beta 4.10 and the same crash occurs in both versions.
