QLC+ on Mac Pro as a GrandMA2 light backup system?

I've been working at a venue helping them get ready for several high-profile concerts coming up over the next couple weeks.
In the last couple weeks they've had MA lighting engineers out and replaced the GrandMA2 light console four times now. I'm curious what you all think about using QLC+ as a backup replacement for grandma2? And does anyone know what limitations QLC+ might have over GrandMA2?

And what's your suggestions on getting video content to 2 projectors and a 180 foot by 20 foot LED video wall?
