Hi,

For anyone to be able to help you, you will have to tell people what operating system you are on and what version of QLC+ you are running.

If you can also share your show file, any custom fixtures and a report on what causes the crash then it gives people a chance to see what is happening.

Hi,

Thanks for reporting issues, but as stated, you if don't provide enough information, the crashes will never be fixed.

Please provide:
- Version of QLC+
- Exact OS
- Which input/output hardware you use
- Workspace file / custom fixture definitions

And most important:
- What did you do when QLC+ crashed ?
- Can you provide steps to reproduce a crash ? (this would help us a lot so we can fix the crashes)

Thanks :)

Hi! Thanks for the quick response!
I use QLC+ 4.9.1 with native ArtNet output (1 universe), and MacOS Yosemite 10.10.4. Input interfaces never used. I can attach files later (I use 3 custom fixt definitions).
It seems that the crash occurs randomly =(
1. First time, I clicked on Scale strip (left|top of window) - a crash has occured
2. Also, crash occurred after attempt to change the infade/outfade times of sequence
Crashes were more, but I do remember only two.
I apologize for the bad english, I do not know the language very well.
Thanks for the help!
