Ableton & virtual midi cable

Hi everyone, I'm trying to use ableton with QLC under Windows. I've installed loopbe1 to simulate a virtual midi cable and done correct settings in output for ableton and input in QLC.
The problem is that while QLC receive some midi message (a joystick shape black on universe label on qlc), nothing happens on my devices. if I try to refresh midi lope input on QLC, I receive a message that say there is an error trying to open the device line on the selected device.
How can I solve?

The joystick appearing means input works. What does "refresh midi lope input on QLC" mean ?

means that if i click in midi input device on right window in qlc to change midi settings (midi channel for example), I receive an error message when I close the window.And by the way either if joystick appears, noting works on qlc.
