RS232 output

Hi,

I'm using QLC+ for the lighting of a stage in a University here in Montreal. My and my collegues are loving it.
I want to use it to light my house with a touchscreen display into a wall and I'm wondering if it is possible to output som rs232 strings wit QLC+. I have a multizone amplifier that can accept RS232 signal and I wish to use the virtual console of QLC+ to add buttons to control the volume, the zone or the source of what I'm listening.
