Hi All

I am fairly new to QLC so was wondering if someone would be able to help me out with an issue I am having with EFX.
Every EFX that I create for my moving heads cause them to also start strobing. Whether it is on the Show timeline or in the Virtual Console, no matter what the EFX is it will start moving the movers in whatever shape it was programmed to and also start strobing at the same time.

How can I remove the strobing?

I have tried re patching and creating new projects to try and figure out whats going on but I get the same result each time.

It may be something simple, but I have looked and cant seem to find an answer.

I am running the latest version on OSX 10.10.3
Any help would be much appreciated :)

Thanks!

Hi,

Thanks for putting your OS and version on the post.

Any chance of an example workspace that your having problems with and fixtures if you are using a custom fixture :-)

managed to fix it :) It was because I had the Strobe set as a Intensity Generic instead of Shutter in the fixture profile :)

Another quick question..... does anyone know how i would be able to sync a EFX movement for a moving head and Light color into the same button on the virtual desk? I want them to both activate at the same time rather than pressing each separately.

Thanks all!
