What is the exact model of your device? QLC+ version? OS version?

model is USB To RS485 FTDI Interface Board FT232R work with opendmx usb win 8.1 x64 yeah i know it is rs485 board not dmx... but dmx is 96% same with rs485

ps as far as i found the chip is clone (because i can not write into eeprom (chinese change it because win drivers rewrite eeprom that way that it stop working.)

Try it with an usb hub between the ftdi and the computer.

It's really hard to understand what you're trying to tell. Please don't mix every issue in one single sentence. Also try to give details on each point.

- Has your ftdi ft232 chinese copy been destroyed by the Windows FTDI drivers? Try this:

- What makes you think you have frame timing problems ? How did you diagnose this ?

ok maybe it is not timing problem.... some guy said that it should be 50hz ( http://stevenbreuls.com/2013/05/diy-usb ... -under-10/ )

Eeprom is locked so there is no problem but... but that is a problem (maybe) because i need to change one value (to solve all problems)

so stop to solve this i just will order another one ftdi interface rs485 board and hopefully it will work.

Thanks ( ps if someone know how to unlock eeprom let me know)
