Hi,
Whilst 'playing around' with QLC+ (4.8.4 both on Linux and Windows) I discovered a *minor* translation issue:
Whenever a message window pops up (like closing QLC+ without saving the workspace first), the message is shown in the language as set by the -l parameter (which is correct), but the text in the response buttons (Yes/No/Cancel/...) is **always** shown in English.

If someone can find the time to correct, this would be nice. But as said before, this is a *minor* issue.

Thanks.

Hi, that depends on Qt and not on QLC+.
Can't be fixed unless your OS provides the Qt translations in your language

Hi Massimo, thanks for your quick reply.

I find lots of stuff regarding Qt on the net, but nothing related to "Qt translations in (OS) language" ...

Both my OSes (Win 7, Mint 17.1 Cinnamon) are in Dutch and so far most of my software(s) (can't tell which ones use Qt though), show message windows with response buttons in Dutch (some sofwares -probably not using Qt- do show message boxes in the software language, which in most cases is English).

After installing (and using) QLC+ on both OSes, the QLC+ message windows use English buttons.

Do you know any multilanguage software (LibreOffice ?) that also uses Qt and that I can test on Win and Linux to check their message box buttons ?

Thanks
Massimo Callegari

Qt is not translated in Dutch:

You can try Qtractor, Qmmp, SMMplayer or any application from here:

But I doubt you will have much luck. Sorry.
