Problem interface ELECTROTAS

Hello , I have a ELECTROTAS interface , and I can not do that soft to recognize me as probe latest version and above on the option mapping I get DMX USB but I have to label input- ouput , below, inthe pluin option give the refresh button and nothing. The interface goes well with other programas.El manufacturer did not give me solution , tells me he has to take it, but it is not.

José Luis, without the actual interface is difficult to debug the problem. Also you don't say what OS you're in.
From what I've been able to investigate the ELECTROTAS interface is a clone of Enttec open dmx-usb, so I would suggest you try to reinstall the drivers (both provided by the [manufacturer](http://www.electrotas.com.ar/usb-dmx) and also those provided by [Enttec](http://www.enttec.com/index.php?main_me ... s&pn=70303).
Also check this [post](http://sourceforge.net/p/qlcplus/discus ... it=25#e5e9) and other posts in the forum. The search tool is your friend!
