Hello everyone and Merry Christmas! I have attached my workspace.
I made a Solo frame called "Par Control". Inside the "Par Control" frame I made another solo frame called "RGB Chase" containing the following:
1. 5 different chases (one chase on each of 5 pages).
2. A tap panel on each page so I can adjust the speed of the chase to match the song I am playing.
Inside the outer solo frame I have:
1. 6 static color scenes (all red, all green etc)
2. A strobe speed fader that is bound to the "strobe speed" parameter of my pars.
Now EVERYTHING in the "Par Control" frame works flawlessly....whoo hoo!
But here is where the issues begin...
Outside the "Par Control" solo frame I made another Solo frame called "Dekker LED". It was my intention to use a solo frame for each type of light so that I could control each type of light individually.
That being said; I activate one of the buttons in the "Dekker LED" frame and it works fine...BUT when I click on another button in the same frame the light stays on the first one I pressed. I can't stop it unless I hit "Stop All Functions" in the virtual console.
I even tried to put all the buttons in a normal frame as well as just on the main workspace (not in a frame)...same outcome. So now I have to find out how to get this to work. I have a gig tonight and will be forced to use freestyler (which I hate). I hope I can get these issues resolved for my next gig on New Years Eve.
Any and all help would be appreciated. BTW I have read the QLC+ Documentation from cover to cover.
BTW can someone please explain to me how to use GIT to update my install?
Multiple Frames Not Working....Arg!
Hi,
I assume you are using QLC+ 4.8.3, this should be precised in you report.
(OS too)
There is indeed an issue, I'll look into this asap. Thanks for reporting

Fixed, this was a regression in 4.8.3.
Temporary workaround:
- put the buttons directly in the soloframe, not in a subframe.

..Or maybe you just helped me find a regression.
Which version are you using ?
There may be some issues with your workspace too.
Also, it misses the fixture definitions.

I am using 4.6.3 on windows 7 home premium. Allow me a few hours to retest the use of the tap button with a chase.
Thanks for your valuable input.
