Copying Paged Frames

Hey, I've just noticed that when you copy and paste a frame or solo frame with multiple pages, it deletes the pages and puts them all into the same page, but in reverse order, so the widgets from the last page will be on top.

It makes copying them a very slow and manual process, thanks for all the amazing work you do

Also i've just noticed that you can't set background colour in buttons in 4.8.0. It's just buttons and just background colour, everything else seems to work.

Always wondered why these issues come out two days after a release and not two days before

So now you have to wait 4.8.1 for the fix that David "Flash Gordon" did.

As for buttons, are you using Windows or else ?

Yh sorry, I only found it late last night when redoing the VC.

Windows, I'll test on linux later when I go to do band rehearsal.

OK, I'm gonna check it later. It probably depends on Qt5, so you'll find it working on Linux or OSX.

Sorry for keep bugging you, but I found another bug in 4.8.0. If you have a speed dial in a deactivated frame, then go into operate mode, and activate the frame, all widgets activate apart from the speed dial. But if the frame is active before you go into operate mode it works fine.
