Hello,

I'm currently dealing with an issue with my Levition ND4600 dimmer not responding to QLC+. I've made the generic dimmer fixture with 4 channels. My output is through an Open DMX USB module and QLC+ is telling me that it is operating correctly. I'm trying to fade a lamp light using my midi keyboard (which is the input). It is clearly picking up the signal from the midi keyboard also since it gives me the joystick image when testing. I can also move a slider with the keyboard and QLC+ responds to it but it still won't fade the lamp in channel one. Please help!!

Hi,

Is the address correctly set on your fixture ?
Did you select the USB module in the input/output tab of qlc+ ?

Actually I figured out why. Turns out the dimmer is Microplex instead of DMX.
