Project files compatibility
I'm developing a project and probably I'll have to switch between different platforms (Win7 and Mac OSX Mavericks) and different QLC+ versions (4.6.1 and 4.7.0). Are project files created under different systems and/or versions fully compatible?
Lorenzo,
files within one version are compatible between platforms (except that some plugins are not supported on all platforms, and obviously audio inputs may have different names).
Files created in 4.6.1 are fully readable in 4.7.0. In the opposite direction, it should be readable if you don't use new features of 4.7.0 (2D View in DMX monitor, random order in chasers, etc. see the changelog).
I'm not really following mac issues, but I'd advice you to upgrade to 4.7.0 if possible - 4.6.1 had lots of bugs/crashes, and I think 4.7.0 is much better/stable.
