1) When a new scene is created, either by cloning or the new scene button, it is always displayed in tab view. Would it be possible to carry over the display mode from the previous scene instead? This would save button pushes and at present it is also a bit confusing to a novice as a "cloned" scene can look quite different from its predecessor. (I do like the way it remembers the display mode on a per-scene basis as scenes with sufficient channels to scroll off the screen are better displayed in tab view, while those with fewer are better displayed in all channels view, IMHO.)

2) I don't think it's necessary to disable the clone button when its associated chaser is "none". You might want to clone a scene without adding it to a chaser, or you might not have any chasers. You would probably then want to name the new scene in the same way as if you had pressed the new scene button.

Many thanks.

1) Useful suggestion - even better if a cloned scene in tab view was first displayed with the same tab open as the parent scene.

2) I think clone scene and add to chaser is fine the way it is now - there is a clone scene (without doing anything else) button at the top of the screen.

Implemented in git:
1) display mode is carried over to the cloned scene
3) enable/disable all channels work for all channels mode (affect channels for all fixtures)

Michael - 1) good idea; 2) so there is, but the fact I missed it (because I assumed it wasn't possible) might mean something. ;-) Having a clone function in two places is an inconsistency which I expect is the result of evolution of the software as more features were added, but it's rather illogical.

Jano - thanks very much!

in git: 1) the same tab is open in the cloned scene (QLC+ now also remembers the tab when you switch from scene to scene, previously it started from the first fixture tab)

Excellent work, Jano - I had the point about always remembering the tab ready to include in another feedback. I tend to use a lot of channels groups and not having to switch to the channels group tab every time will be a big bonus (not to mention the ability to more quickly copy revised fixture levels to several scenes).
