Hello to you.
What is QC ?
Which operating system do you use ?
Does QLC+ show your device in the input/output list ?
Do you know if your device is based on a FTDI chip or something else ?

I'm sorry .......... I mean QC + ....... I asked them to use that chip ..... definitely not the 'FTDI ........ they sent me a file containing the API ..... I installed QC + for OSX an in list device there isn't the box as subject.
Carmelo, the program name is QLC+. Not QC or QC+.
Currently it supports DMX USB devices based on FTDI chips. If your device works with another chip, then I need to physically have the adapter and the protocol specifications to add the support of it.

........... Chinese product ................ I think, if I buy a better device + known (Enttec Open DMX USB). I'm sending you the attached file Api ...... they may serve....

Massimo,
the page mentions QLC, and it seems that Heikki created plugin for the device... He created it in the almost last commit, so I suppose it's not very tested, still it's there (windows only).
https://sourceforge.net/p/qlc/code/3121/
Carmelo, support was written for QLC (the original one), but was never released. Heikki never finished the version with showjockey support.

Jano, I've alreay tried to add the support of a device remotely (enttec Mk2) and I failed. So I do not take the responsibility of a similar activity anymore. I do it only if I have the device in my hands.
Maybe Heikki had a device to test or maybe Showjockey was supporting him.
If you want to take this responsibility, then go for it.
Of course you have also to tell Carmelo he has to throw away his expensive Mac, buy a PC and install Windows.

Thanks for your interest. there is a small problem ............. I am a beginner. so I prefer to invest my time on how to use the software ... my heart breaks to buy a new device best known. I take this opportunity of this debate to ask both you and Massimo, who kindly have answered me (Massimo scusa se ho sbagliato il nome del software), a council on the device ...... Is better the Enttec Open DMX USB or DMX USB Pro Enttec?
Depends on what you want to do. For small/amateur projects, the Open DMX is good enough.
For more serious, productive projects it's better to go on PRO products.
Check out also the DMXKing ones: http://dmxking.com/usbdmx

I'm not going to support it either. I was trying to explain what's meant by QLC on the showjockey page, and I was surprised to learn there's code in QLC that isn't in QLC+...
Massimo,
I was born as a Microsoft user. from a year I work with a Mac, because I need software for videomapping (Madmapper Modul8). No problem with Windows. Tomorrow I will order a new device compatible ..... since I want to be useful to the community ...... in the next few days if you want to send me in prvt an address where to send you the device and put it at your disposal.

I was aware of that plugin. Surprisingly Heikki developed it after almost one year of inactivity, but after I forked QLC.
I took it as "highly development" stuff, therefore I didn't feel confident enough to drag it into QLC+.
In the end, in more than a year, Carmelo is the first one having such device. I'm not sure if the effort to support it is worth the popularity of those adapters. (unless everybody has it and no one writes it here )
