BCF2000 not recognized by QLC+ on Windows 7

Successful with connecting to Mac OSX 10.8.5 and QLC+ 4.5.1 but the Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 with 4.5.1 does not recognize the BCF2000 (2K). Downloaded the driver and the 2k is listed as a device but QLC+ will not see it. Plugged it in before starting the program… nothing. Plugged in before starting the computer and program… nothing. However, need to get it running on the PC. The intended venue for the 2K is at a church and they are running a Windows 7 Home? I don't have an output connected to the USB, but i don't on the mac either, but it works fine. Any ideas, comments welcome.

Don't know what I did differently, but was able to recognize the 2K and it worked beautifully. Was able to solve issue with paging from this link:
