QLC+ Version: 4.5.1
OS Version: Ubuntu Desktop 12.04 LTS, 32 Bit, 3.8.0-29-generic
I'm having issues were settings for audio triggers created on the virtual console aren't saving or recalling properly. I can create one that works properly, save the project, close QLC+, open QLC+, open the saved project, and the audio trigger doesn't work anymore.
In particular, two aspects of it aren't getting saved or recalled.
First - the number of spectrum bars. I frequently increase or decrease this value, to values like 5 or 21. This works great, but as soon as I save and then re-open the project, it's always back to 16, which seems to be the default. This makes it work/look differently, which is problematic for designing something.
Second - The assignments aren't working properly. I've tried two types, DMX, and VC Widget, and neither is working. When I re-open a project and activate the trigger, it doesn't actually control the DMX value which it did before saving and closing it. If you open the trigger properties, for the DMX settings, the Info correctly indicates the channel count. If you click the assign icon to open the channel fade configuration and expand the fixtures, you'll see that the channel is properly selected. If you hit OK, this DMX value now works again. You don't even have to expand the fixtures, just hit "assign" then "ok" for each setting. For the VC widget, the "info" section no longer shows the name of the selected widget. However, if you hit assign-ok, it selects the widget and starts controlling it.
I'm hoping that's a good enough description to help reproduce the problem. Let me know if you need any more info. From what I've seen of the audio triggers, they're extremely powerful and useful - really expanding the program's usability for me!
