Hi, thanks for this.
Just one thing: I'm not sure if "obturator" is the right word to use. Can we just call it "shutter" (which has also the proper icon) ?

Hi Massimo,

I found the word "obturator" in the user manual in english.

Until now, when I create fixture def, I always use exact names I found on user manual.

So, what do you think is the best ?

Continue to use the exact name from the manual (I can change the channel tyype to have the correct icon) or rename to shutter ?

I'll wait your answer and send an updated version.

Hi, well, the thing that the manual says "obturator" doesn't mean to me that it is correct :)
Since probably the original manual is in french (where it's "obturateur") then maybe someone mistranslated it :)

Wanna know how to "detect" how english native speakers feel the meaning of a word ? Try to search "obturator" with Google images !

In my opinion "shutter" has a clearer meaning, but here we're talking about a very minor thing. I'll leave it up to you

Thanks !

OK, I have edited the fixture and replaced Obturator by shutter.
I have edited my first post with the new file.

Hey Nicolas, in the end I included your fixture in v4.4.1 and left "obturator".
I thought to stick what is written in the manual for consistency :)
(and to avoid people asking me "hey, where's the obturator channel written in the manual ??) lol

Nicolas,

do you still have the gobo pictures that go with this fixture?
How did you obtain them? I've just found that the gobos point to your local disk...
