I have two of these from Amazon at home (with the 'manual' lost somewhere at home).

These lights work fine in both 'd' and 'A' mode (7 and 3 channel mode). They are simple but I could scan the DMX sheet in at some point if essential.

Here's an update with a scan of the instruction manual. The rest is complete jibberish but the units are very simple to use.
